We know that one of the core request from form desingers is to get more response for the surveys or form. Also, trying to make the invitation message be attractive, sending the form to multiple places, and keep reminding people manually take designer a lot of effort. Now, we are exciting to share that MS Forms new invitation channel can help you!
In Forms’ new sending experience, you can search individual people, email group, Teams chatgroups/meeting chat and Teams channel in our all-in-one people picker. Some of your audience get used to Teams but the others still leave in Outlook? No worries! You can send to the same group of people to both channels at the same time by just tick the checkbox.
Once the invitation message is successfully sent, an automatic notification email service which will remind you about your form progress based on deadline and response rate will be enabled. Don’t need that for some cases? No worries, you can turn it off in the setting pane any time.
To help stand out among all the emails, Teams messages, channel posts, a designed invitation card will be shown as below. The highlighted information with call to action button will help your audience quickly consume the information at a glance.
After sending out the form or quiz, email notification sent by Forms will be sent to form’s owner based on the response progress and deadline. Forms’ owner will not need to go back to the form again and again to check response count.
Also, you can remind your non-response audience anytime when you go back to form’s response page. A quick reminder will sent by using your distribution channels on behalf of yourself.
