Users now have advanced distribution options when sending forms/surveys to multiple channels including Outlook, Teams, QR code, and consumer accounts on Facebook and Twitter to get more responses.

- Can I send the form to external recipients?
YES. With the new distribution feature, you can now send your anyone form to both internal and external email addresses at the same time.
- How can I easily set up a form for only specific people in my organization?
When you enter the recipient’s name into the people picker on the right (1), their name will be automatically synced to the people list on the left (2) after the form is sent. You will no longer need to enter people’s name twice.
