Azure AD Connect SSO does not work with Edge?

Has anyone gotten Edge to work with auto sign in for Office 365? It works Auto login with Chrome, don't even have to click name. Have to click login name and then auto login with IE. However Edge you have to click and type password everytime. If we are to use Microsoft Edge at all over IE for default browser this needs to work. Any work around? 

I'm assuming this is because we can't add trusted sites to edge like IE, and chrome uses Internet explorer settings for the trusted sites etc. So is there a way to add the URL's to edge to make this work, or does it simply just not work with Edge browsers?
