I have problems with AD Connect.
AD Connect was used to provision users from internal AD to Azure AD. After some time there was a problem with the sync of AD Connect and changes in AD.
As a result the users were converted to pure Azure AD users.
Now I have to bring the two users back together. The user attributes are all the same but AD Connect does not bring the users together.

If a soft match on the SMTP address is not bringing the accounts together, then you may need to do a hard match using the immutable ID.
