Custom Feed Integration
We are a Microsoft certified Azure Security ISV and our customers are asking us to publish our custom Azure security information to the Azure Security Center. Other ISVs have done this but we cannot find information on how to do this.

Hi Mark,
That feature/recommendation you are referring to is already available to all subscription with Azure Defender enabled for VMs.
If I understand you objective correctly, you also want to create some custom recommendations and deploy them to your clients' subscriptions. You can do that using Azure Policy: create and apply a new policy to management groups or your customers subscriptions if you are using Azure Lighthouse Cross-tenant management in Azure Security Center | Microsoft Docs.
