New Bing Detach from Sidebar not available on all devices

Hello Microsoft Tech Community,

I have a question about the New Bing on Microsoft Edge Dev channel. I am using this feature on both my Windows 10 Desktop and my Windows 11 laptop. I like how I can detach the Sidebar and use it as a separate window.

However, I noticed that I can only do this on my Windows 10 Desktop, but not on my Windows 11 laptop. On my laptop, the Sidebar is always attached to the Edge browser window. This is strange because I could detach the Sidebar on my laptop before, but not anymore.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? Is this a bug or a feature change? I appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you.

I have attached a screenshot of my Detached Sidebar for your convenience. I am running Version 116.0.1908.0.
