Discovered but not crawled

Hi

I have added my site to the Bing Web Master. I have completed all of steps and required by Bing but still getting an annoying error "Discovered but not crawled". None of my site's URL is available to the Bing search (Not even root URL), however site is performing very well at Google Search Console and Google search.

 

I have completed following steps.

1. Submitted Sitemap.

2. Bing Bot is allowed through robots.txt (Tested)

2. Installed Bing URL Submission plugin (Submission API )

3. Completed Bing IndexNow steps (IndexNow API: 576f8ead23cb4ddb928e3ef95e3172e8.txt)

    I have the same issue now, I contacted the help section they said my http://www.petsandtips.com does not break any violations so I'm at a loss what to do

     

    Did you ever find a way to fix this
