Bing features in other countries

There are tons of cool features on Bing, but they're not available in all countries. For example in Italy many functions are absent or limited. For example, animal factsheets do not exist in Bing Italy. So do you think Bing plans to bring all Bing features to other countries as well?

    Good question, I also do want Bing features to be the same everywhere. even if not available in all languages at the moment, at least be available in English everywhere.

    TommyDordo Yes, I'm from Brazil and I've been using Bing since the late Windows Phone 8. Around here the services have never been completely complete
