Word closing automatically

Hello,&nbsp;For approximately 1 month I'm having problems with Word due to the fact that it is closing automatically. I have already contacted technical support via chat several times, through case 1053266974, but they informed me that all possible negotiations had already been carried out, without solution, that I should contact them through the community.&nbsp;When I open the operating system crash viewer, the following data appears:_Fault module:&nbsp;ntdll.dll_Version:&nbsp;10.0.22621.1485&nbsp;I need help to resolve the situation.Thank you for your attention,Have an excellent day!&nbsp;
