Happy new year, Microsoft 365 Insiders, and welcome to 2024! As the Awards season is in full swing, we wanted to recognize some Microsoft 365 features that have generated the most buzz in 2023 and thank some of our fabulous authors for their contributions.

When we look at this list, we see features that have been long-time customer requests or responses to customer feedback. Please keep sharing your thoughts, comments, and ideas. We do value them and we do listen!
