o365groups best practice

Hello Everyone,

I am bit worried about office 365 groups governance and control. Do anyone have best practice of how to maintain/control office365 groups? How can we control groups for 7000 users, is it the best way to create groups and add 100-200 important users for groups creation (may be in this way it will be easy to manage groups)? and also is it benefit to enable groups expiration policy?

I'd check some recent Ignite presentations if you haven't already and see if that answers some of your concerns, such as

Implement best practices with Office 365 Groups

Governance and compliance with Office 365 Groups

It also depends on what licencing you have, some options which make management a lot easier require additional licencing.  Dynamic group membership being a key example but it's one of many:

Raj we've recently delivered a number of sessions at Microsoft Ignite on this topic of managing and governing groups, please this blog post: Office 365 Groups at Microsoft Ignite 2017
