HOW do I see e-mail from Groups in the Inbox?
In the Outlook desktop app, all messages from Groups are shown in the "Groups" tab.
It's common that I miss those messages, because they are not shown in the Inbox!
- You need to "subscribe" to the Group. In Outlook this is done by selecting the Group, then clicking Group settings on the Ribbon > select the relevant option under Follow in Inbox.
