HOW do I see e-mail from Groups in the Inbox?
In the Outlook desktop app, all messages from Groups are shown in the "Groups" tab. It's common that I miss those messages, because they are not shown in the Inbox!
You need to "subscribe" to the Group. In Outlook this is done by selecting the Group, then clicking Group settings on the Ribbon > select the relevant option under Follow in Inbox.
