Support for (addin) taskpane activation when composing messages in Mobile Outlook
Similar to "MobileMessageReadCommandSurface", we would like to get support for "MobileMessageComposeCommandSurface" for bringing the functionalities of the Add-in to compose window in Mobile(iOS/Android) Outlook.
