we are having code for outlook add in and currently we are running also. But now we want to change the description of the outlook add-in. 

If the above is not possible then please give steps to add or upload our outlook add-in to the marketplace so that my users and clients can use that add-in to use our product.

You'll have to create an account in Microsoft Partner Center and submit your add-in for the approval process.

Hello Eric,

Thank you for the response. 
I've gone through the link you shared and when I click the create a developer account and go to the identifiers it is been keep on loading like shown in the Screenshot provided. But in the Dev tools no error is throwing. can you please check and reply back.
