Could the graph delta APIs be enhanced to accept date filter

Hi,

I have been exploring graph API and was working on delta API for Groups and Users object. We had lot of changes done to our Azure AD (introducing new users and groups).

We are trying to build an integration now using which we can detect if there is any change to users or groups using delta API. When we start, we do get lot of old events and after numerous attempts, we finally get the delta link.

I was wondering if its possible to directly pass a date filter to get only changes for that given date.
