Hi John, thanks for sharing this. I agree that Copilot governance should sit on top of existing Microsoft 365 controls like sensitivity labels, DLP, audit, and least-privilege access. I would also call out oversharing cleanup before rollout, since Copilot can surface anything a user already has permission to see.
