You cannot choose which target account to transfer/move a notebook too. You have to create a new notebook and move the notebook inside of it. This is stupid and clumsy.
You must be able to login to both accounts. What if the other user doesn't want to give me account credentials.
As I've already had happen the syncing process can literally take days for large notebooks. A backup and restore takes seconds. I can always sync it later. Except I have no way to import/export from the stupid restricted and not fully featured web app. You can defend this **bleep** all day but it's not OneNote 2016, and has SIGNIFICANT limitations not found in the full product. Unless you add ALL THOSE FEATURES to the windows product and ALLOW ME TO DEPLOY IT THROUGH OFFICE rather than using WINDOWS to deploy (what about MAC users) then you are offering us an inferior product with **bleep**ty features to replace a superior product with features we're using. Arguing that this isn't the case is like arguing Trump isn't crooked. Everyone knows he's crooked. Even his supporters know he's crooked. The only one who DOESN'T say he's crooked is him. And the Russians. Microsoft is Trump here. And the Russians.
