I have the same issue  @DP2621  - 

i also have the issue on Desktop application.

i read the limitations articles, and in the end, not having the same experience on the desktop client, kills the policy tips feature entirely....

shame, because or managers really wanted this to work... we have to resort to after-the-fact notifications
