I have been struggling with this issue for over a year and don’t know where to turn next to get help so I am asking you for ideas.
We use OneNote notebooks stored in our on-prem Scholantis SharePoint Groups for meeting agendas/minutes/planning/etc. At some point the mobile OneNote apps (iOS and Android) stopped working with these notebooks. The app crashes when we try to open these notebooks. The notebooks work just fine from the Windows Office app. We use ADFS for auth to our on-prem SharePoint, not sure if that is causing any issues.
What happens is this:
- Open OneNote app and add the notebook
- Presented with ADFS auth prompt, enter info, auth completes.
- The Notebook is available in the app, tap on notebook and it says enter a password
- We tap to enter password, get a blank white screen for a few seconds and then app crashes.
