Restoring oneNOte

I backup everyday all my oneNOte folder everyday. 🙂 And I have automatic backup set up. But after a problem, it suggested clearing the cache, I did.

I try to restore my oneNote the way it was. It's simply clicking on my file right. Well it look like they are 3 month old. I don't understand. Why my restored file are so old, while it's the file I use daily.

My oneNote is installed on my computer, it's the full version.
