Problem : we are unable to configure access to a shared mailbox from the alternate organization within the Outlook profile in Office 365 Outlook, was possible in Outlook 2010 Outlook
Original behavior: At Outlook 2010, there was an option to enter CAS Array FQDN and to add shared mailbox from another domain
Current behavior: At Outlook 2016, there is no more an option to choose CAS array FQDN to add shared mailbox from another domain.
What's the approach to configure shared mailbox at Outlook 2016 from different domain via CAS array?
