OneNote Sync errors

Hi,

We have a client who is receiving intermittent errors when trying to sync OneNote from her phone.

The error message says it will try again, but it does not seem to work. 

The error code is E0001462 which does not correspond to an codes in the troubleshooting materials.

Any ideas what this might be and/or how to troubleshoot?
