OneNote for Windows 10 - client reinstall not working

The Windows Store app tried to do an update, keeps failing.  Now the application will not install, update or work at all.  Nothing I've found fixes this issue.  Help would be appreciated as the Windows 365 client does not have the same sorting feature as found in the built in one.
