OneNote and Outlook integration

The "Save to OneNote" command in Outlook only works with OneNote 2016. To accomplish something similar in OneNote for Windows 10, check out the following page:

Don't know if anyone has seen this yet, as of yesterday a new "Send to OneNote" icon has appeared in my Outlook that allows you to send emails to OneNote for Windows 10.

What about calendar entries. I create meeting notes with the one click option in outlook (to one note 2016).
There is an option in OneNote for Windows 10:
Insert > Meeting Details
Select your meeting from the list and it adds the meeting details into a new OneNote page.
Then you can chose to share the page or send a copy of the page if you wish.
Thank you! Not as nice as having a "button" in Outlook but it is a adequate work around for me.
- The Send to OneNote has always been available as an Add-on for ON2016 and it works as it had in the past, sending items directly to ON without relying on the internet. I will only use the 2016 version. The thing I miss is the same Send to OneNote from my web browser (Chrome).
They have an Add-on but it does not work with ON2016. Yes thanks for adding that to this conversation - I've only just noticed that updated button yesterday but haven't quite worked out if its working as expected. I am hoping that I will be pleased with the outcome.
No worries, have found it works out much better then the OneNote 2016 implementation.
Plus, it looks like Microsoft have rolled out the "Send to OneNote" feature as an add-in for Outlook as I can see the feature available in Outlook.com for business/school and Personal accounts. No longer restricted just to the desktop apps!

- This only works for the online version of ON, not the 2016 version. I believe what most everyone in the forum wants is the ability to Sent to OneNote the way we are able to with ON2016
