OfficeLens - pathway to pdfs on ipad

Hi,

I use OfficeLens on my Ipad for scanning, saving as pdf on my device, not onedrive. I only find my data afterwords in the App, not as Word and Excel in an extra folder in the data Manager. Where do I find my files?
