NO SPELL CHECK FOR SUBJECT LINE IN OFFICE PRO 2019

What happened to the Spell Check feature allowing you to double check spelling in the Subject Line in Outlook 2019 Pro?   

Previous versions of Outlook had this capability!  Who decided it was not needed when it should have been included??
