Issue Onenote Web app login

Hello, I have a problem accessing the Onenote Web app. This problem existed over a month ago.
All Office applications (desktop and web) work perfectly: the only one that has a problem is the Onenote Web app.

This is the problem: from any device (mac and windows) and from any browser (chrome, edge and safari), when I try to enter the Onenote Web app, the browser cannot enter and shows me this message:

Something went wrong and we can't sign you in at the moment. Please try again later.
The Microsoft account login server has detected too many repeated authentication attempts. Please wait a moment and try again.

I have logged out and logged in in several times. I have cleared the cache several times. I've tried on multiple devices. Even undercover navigation. Nothing

Can you help me?
