How to download a onenote book or move to a different account?

Thanks, yes I tried that but it only allows it to be moved within OneDrive - not possible to move to an external drive.
- No, there is no export. just the options shown in the screenshot. I thought move might be microsoft's idea of export. There seems to be no way of doing this.
Move?? You talked about download. Yes, sure you can't -move- the file from a cloud environment to a local environment.
Don't you see EXPORT?
