Handle 365 throttling by creating multiple Registered App

Hi,

I have found some applications like Veeam backup which claims that they can lower the chance of throttling by registering 100 Apps in Azure. Is it true? Can we use the same solution for all kind of operations?

To some degree, yes. There are however tenant-wide limits that will still affect you, even if using 100 different apps.
