Fast access on windows desktop (widget)? - onenote 2016

Hi,

on android you can use a widget. It gives you easy access to your last notes, which is a very very useful (i cannot enoughly stress this).

How can I do something similiar in windows 10 using onenote 2016? And it's less about a special note site, it s about many like you can see on the pic in android.

How to achieve this?
