Audio Transcription

Hi,

Until co-pilot is available on Mesh is it possible to use a 3rd party audio trancription tool?

    daniel1030 , if you find a 3rd party tool that can capture your audio input and output while also running Mesh, that might work, but it isn't something we've tested, or that other Mesh customers have shared that they have.

    As of May 21st, the Mesh Toolkit contains an updated Mesh 201 sample. The updated sample leverages text input to demonstrate how to quickly and easily build an Azure OpenAI-powered chatbot to help you make data-driven business decisions.

    The Mesh team (Rebecca Burke Aguero and Megha Sharma) cover the details in Creating Immersive 3D Solutions with Microsoft Mesh at Build 2024.

     

    Please note:

    1. Azure OpenAI is not required, it's just what the sample uses.
    2. The docs for Mesh 201 Tutorial will be updated soon to reflect the new functionality.
