Change the percentage scale of an OKR in Viva Goals

Our OKR is measured as a percentage that's automated daily via a Kusto query. We would like to change the scale of the OKR in Viva Goals so that the Y axis goes from 80% to 100% instead of 0% to 100%. Is this possible, if so how? And can it be done without losing data/history?
