AymenMAMI Thanks for the comment. There are different scenarios for example in some cases the customer migrates his complete environment to Azure Stack Hub and has no outside requirement for the AD domain. In that case, you don't need a VPN, since it AD is only used for the servers he migrated to the Azure Stack. But yes, in other cases he needs to create that connection.
