John-Marcum Anthonymelwhrhs Did you do the uninstall/reinstall workaround to get the failed detection to be fixed or did you just wait and it magically started getting better? I too switched to a System install for both Company Portal and Quick Assist and was seeing over half failed for QA when I switched over to System install. CP wasn't as bad fortunately.
