Viva is doing a great job of keeping me accountable to my schedule and keeping me in touch with what is going on daily.
I would love to see this integrate better with multiple users/teams. Example - I work in IT Support and we all have projects that need to be worked on regularly. But we also have a Support Queue/Ticketing system that needs to be monitored as well as Server Updates that have to be maintained.
I would love to see Viva bring that type of automation to a team where managers would be able to set a central schedule that says how many people need to be available to answer calls, take tickets, etc. while the rest of the team is scheduled to handle project work.
