Recommended actions for leaders in Viva organizational insights

We’re recruiting volunteers in our early feedback program for the upcoming feature of Leader recommended actions. This feature provides leaders (and potentially group managers and leader delegates) the ability to perform simple, risk-free actions directly in the Teams app to help their team foster beneficial work habits.  

The feature will be available for customers who use leader and group manager dashboards.
