Meeting timeliness

Would it be possible to include metrics on the timeliness of meetings, joined or skipped status, or metrics such as meetings starting time, participants joining late, meetings overrunning their planned times?

Hi VI_MigrationVI_Migration  I wanted to draw your attention to some new Meeting Effectiveness metrics that we have recently launched as part of our Person query. You can now filter someone's meeting hours to see which Teams meetings they Joined on time, Ended on time, and which meetings had Advanced Meeting Notice.  You can see the announcement here:  What's new in Viva Insights - Microsoft Community Hub

We also built a new Power BI report that incorporated these new metrics with some of our existing meeting metrics. You can see that here. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/advanced/analyst/templates/meeting-effectiveness

Let me know what you think about this, what you still aren't able to answer, and a bit of info why that could be helpful for you. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

VI_Migration  - is the "Team Meeting Habits" section on https://msit.insights.viva.office.net/ available only to the O365 admins?

Can Teams generate meeting attendance rosters that include job title or function?

  • Thank you for posting this idea Niels! We will get this to the proper PM and have them look into it.

We have this same ask. We want access to the signals that tell who actually joined a meeting, when, and for how long. The meeting exclusions aren't cutting it because people use 'tentatively accept' and other responses in various ways.
