3 TopicsMultilanguage greeting message for AutoAttendants and CallQueues
Dear all, Is there a trick to have more than 1 language in as a greeting message? What I do now is: AA_en-EN with an englisch greeting message, transfer the call to AA_nl-NL with a dutch greeting message -> transfer the call to the callqueue. It would be awesome if we can use a sort of shortcode in a single greeting message to create a multilanguage message in just 1 greeting message. Like: [en-EN] Welcome to Contoso.com, please hold the line [nl-NL] Welkom bij Contoso.com, een moment geduld alstublieft. Is it possible to set up an autoattendant to do 3 digit dial by extension for an actual 5-digit extension? I have a customer migrating where his original AA allows customers to dial three digits and they are later expanded to 5. (i.e. user dials 101, and it goes to extension 50101) I was thinking that I could put "x101" in one of the extension 50101 user's AD attributers (ie. Home Phone = x101, while ipPhone = 50101). Is it possible, Can I do it without messing with the users OnPremLineUri or sipURI? Thanks1.1KViews0likes2CommentsMigrate S4B on-prem to Teams Direct Routing; setup auto-attendant
Following scenario: Linked my AudioCodes M1000 SBC with Teams Moving accounts from On-prem to Teams. accounts have a 10 digit extensions: 444-123-3xxx some accounts have US DID's, which my SBC manipulates the routing for to change header from the DID to the 10digit extension, and send calls to Teams we have auto-attendant on S4B on-prem, using US toll free number. this is is all working fine. my Team's users can make outbound calls through the SBC, and we can receive inbound calls for the accounts that have DID's. However, my auto-attendant and receptionists are on S4B on-prem. How do I migrate my auto-attendant to Teams? I don't want to port my Toll free # to Microsoft. Currently, I believe, Direct Routing does not support "service" numbers. so how do I setup auto-attendant on Teams to work with our Toll-free number that is assigned to the SIP trunk that connects to my SBC?1.8KViews0likes3Comments
