Unable to login to Exchange. Support won’t respond to my ticket
I am trying to login in to my Exchange jwpub.org account on the Outlook app but it won’t let me. I’ve talk to my IT Admins and they assure me that I have been added to the appropriate directory. I’ve trying using the customer service on the app but they won’t reply.

So you are trying to add your email account xyz@jwpub.org and you are unable to add the account in the Outlook Desktop Client. Am i understanding the issue correctly?
Can you let me know are you getting any kind of error message?

Hi Forrest_Kundert ,
You haven't informed if you are in an local Exchange environment or using an O365 mailbox. If you are using an O365 mailbox, it is only possible to connect to the mailbox if an license is assigned to the user.
Have you checked that?
