Search in all mailboxes for a specific receiver "to"

Hi all,

I am a system admin, I got a request to do and I am not able to achieve hopefully you can help me with it.

The request is: search if anyone in our domain "@contosso.com" sent an email to this external email "an email address that is not related to our domain", also "not registered in our active directory" in a specific date range and store the result in a file.

Not sure what exactly you mean by "not registered in our active directory", but in any case, the approach here is to use eDiscovery/Content search: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/ediscovery-content-search?view=o365-world...

@Vasil Michev I mean the email is related to different domain not ours.
