Roaming Signatures functionality in Outlook

Hi All

I am being specifically the below questions:

How to:

Programmatically change/add/delete the signature?

Is there an API that does this?

Are there any PowerShell commands that allow me to do that?

No, not yet. The feature has been delayed few times already and is still under development afaik, until Microsoft has fleshed out the details we cannot be sure which methods will be available to manage it programmatically.
