Retention Policies
I'm using Exchange Online, which one of these retention policies do I use? Messaging Retention Management (MRM) or Office 365 Retention Labels and Retention Policies
- Well, what's your use case? If you need to preserve data for compliance reasons, go with the latter. If you need "traditional" and more granular control, plan to use the Online archive or in general reduce mailbox sizes, you're probably better of with the Exchange-specific stuff.
