I am an Global Administrator and "open another mailbox" option is very useful for me.to quickly resolve small interventions on users' mailboxes. I have noticed recently that the rules are no longer displayed. Is this a temporary situation? I find this option very useful and it would be very annoying if it were disabled permanently.
