Office 365 DL Relay Issues

Question

I have a mail-enabled security group with users and contacts included.&nbsp; When I send an email to them from internally, all members get the email without issue; however, when they respond or reply to the email, they are receiving an undeliverable error&nbsp; "not authorized to relay messages".&nbsp; &nbsp;The setting for delivery mgmt has "senders inside and outside of my organization" is checked.&nbsp; &nbsp; Any thoughts?&nbsp; Thank you.

Which server is generating that message? What does a message trace show?
