Do you have any tips, how can the owner of the mail-enabled public folder release quarantined messages from the SPAM?
The case is that even if the user uses https://protection.office.com/quarantine and filters by recipients (which is the email address of the PF), there are no results.
There is no problem if you are an EOL administrator. You can find the emails and release them.

SolutionUnfortunately for Public Folder, we do not have a feature to release message from Quarantine by an end user. Same goes for Groups. The only one supported currently is Shared Mailbox.
