Exchange Online - iPhone open GAL automatically

Hi all,

We are using Exchange Online and people are using iPhones (iOS 11.3.1) and multiple users want to open the GAL, but needs to enable it in the settings panel every day.

Is there a way to always enable this contactlist for the iPhones or is this by-design?
