Exchange Online distribution group owner is unable to manage group membership via Exch Admin Center
I have users that are setup to be owners of specific Exchange Online distribution groups. One of the users reported that they were unable to make changes to the group membership via the Exchange Admin Center. The user gets the following error when they click 'Save' after trying to add a user to the distribution group.
The user is able to manage members of the distribution group in the Outlook desktop client.
I would like help to fix this error so that users can manage members of distribution groups via both EAC and the Outlook desktop client. If that is not possible, can someone point me to any documentation from Microsoft that states that distribution group owners cannot manage group membership via EAC any longer?

VasilMichev Thank you for that suggestion Vasil. I created a ticket with Microsoft and they sent the following response:
- Due to recent changes with Exchange Online Services DL owners managing members via OWA now redirected to the new Exchange admin center portal https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/?page=groups#/ and normal users cannot edit in this platform as they will need to have at least Exchange admin permission.
- The previous link was linked to classic Exchange admin portal https://outlook.office.com/ecp/MyGroups/PersonalGroups.aspx which is now retired.
- You may still use the https://outlook.office.com/ecp/MyGroups/PersonalGroups.aspx to manage DL membership for DL Owners
The final link provided worked for a non-admin user to be able to modify group membership for distribution groups that they are the owner of.

- Microsoft is currently reworking the group management experience, and there are some issues with it. Best open a support ticket and report this.
