Exchange 2007 to Exchange Online Migration including public folders

Is it not possible to batch migrate Exchange 2007 legacy public folders to Exchange Online any longer? I notice the docs have been updated at some point and now show 2007 as not being supported.

This is an old SBS 2008 box on a tiny network so I'm trying to avoid adding another on prem Exchange box just to be able to do the migration.

Has anybody done a 2007 box recently and more importantly the public folders?
