emails distribution

there is ACD( Automatic Call Distribution ) alternative for exchange ??  i'm looking for a solution to distribute emails over many mailbox that's comes to one shared mailbox

You can use Transport rules for that, even Outlook rules will work.

There's no tiers solution with dashboard for this purpose?
